Executive Leadership & Team Development
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Executive Director and other executive leaders.
- Supervise the Director of Finance, oversee the finance department, and build a high-performing team focused on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner across leadership functions to support cross-functional alignment, leadership development, succession planning, and equitable performance management.
- Work with the Board Treasurer and Finance Committee and set and monitor annual financial operations and performance goals.
- Promote financial transparency, coaching, accountability, learning, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Manage hiring, performance evaluations, coaching, discipline, termination, promotion recommendations, employee relations, and other employment decisions for direct reports.
- Exercise independent judgment over team operations, priorities, deadlines, productivity, employee outcomes, and compliance with organizational policies and employment laws.
