The role combines hands-on design production with responsibility for visual standards, reusable templates, and creative quality as the brand launches and evolves.
The position uses modern and AI-powered design tools to communicate complex employee benefits concepts to brokers, employers, and insurance carriers. Design remains the primary discipline, supported by short-form copywriting and the ability to adapt established messaging. Independent execution, practical problem-solving, art direction, and coordination of freelance specialists are central to the work.

- Keep digital creative aligned with the visual identity and update assets as business needs evolve.

- Execute creative work independently where possible and engage specialists when additional expertise is required.
- Brief, direct, and manage freelance copywriters or brand writers for specialist long-form content and deeper writing needs.
- Manage freelance creative partners through clear briefs, timelines, and quality standards.
