Key responsibilities include developing business performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, investigating customer behavior, and delivering actionable insights that support business decisions and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth.

The analyst will collaborate with marketing, product, data, and sales teams to improve digital customer journeys, assess growth and retention initiatives, and support data-driven prioritization. The primary focus is digital self-service analytics and decision support rather than campaign execution or revenue operations ownership.
