Warehouse Staff

Status: Full-time.

Pay: $19.50 to $23.62 per hour.

Position summary

This role supports branch warehouse operations through unloading, stocking, picking, staging, and moving equipment and parts. The position also assists customers and internal teams while maintaining safety, accuracy, and an organized facility.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transfer materials safely.
• Receive product according to procedure and stock items in assigned locations.
• Maintain inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Complete will-call orders for customer pickup.
• Process paperwork and system transactions accurately and on time.
• Wear required PPE and follow safety standards throughout the shift.
• Perform housekeeping duties and complete forklift inspections.
• Assist customers and service representatives as needed.
• Follow established procedures and complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to become forklift certified within 30 days.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Dependable team player with a customer-focused approach.
• Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Physical requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, perform repetitive lifting, or team lifts for heavier items. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
