Warehouse Associate

Work location: Chicago area

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hour

Position summary

This role supports daily warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, stocking, and inventory movement. You will work in a fast-paced environment, help keep the warehouse organized, and support accurate order fulfillment.

What you’ll do

• Pick, pack, ship, and stock orders accurately.
• Unload and inspect shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Restock inventory bins and keep product flowing efficiently.
• Attach the correct paperwork to shipments and verify order details.
• Prepare shipping labels and process orders with carriers such as FedEx and UPS.
• Perform quality checks on product counts and packaging.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to resolve warehouse issues.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, with training and certification provided.
• Assist other warehouse areas as needed, including embroidery and screen printing support.
• Help maintain warehouse security by keeping inventory secure and work areas locked when needed.
• Work overtime during peak seasons when required.
