Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:45 PM, Friday work as required

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour

Position summary

This entry-level role supports light industrial production and warehouse operations through assembly and packaging work. You will build and pack filtration products, follow work instructions and quality standards, and help maintain a safe, organized production area.

What you’ll do

• Assemble and pack components and related hardware.
• Read and follow job orders, work instructions, and inspection standards.
• Use hand tools and power tools to install, tighten, and adjust fasteners to specification.
• Use a pallet jack and hand truck when needed.
• Complete and maintain job orders and quality documents accurately.
• Keep production and warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety, PPE, and quality standards in daily work.
• Support continuous improvement through strong attendance, accountability, and consistent performance.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to use basic shop tools safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work with Microsoft 365 programs, including Outlook.

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, climb, stoop, bend, and work at waist level.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs at times and 20 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work in an industrial warehouse environment around production lines and motorized equipment.
• Ability to use required protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and respirator protection when needed.
