Pay: $22.00 per hour, plus a $1.50 per hour shift premium for hours worked between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:45 pm to 3:15 am

Position summary
Join the warehouse team handling a mix of administrative and operations support. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, keep yard and trailer records accurate, maintain clean data in warehouse systems, and support basic HR and safety processes for the site.
Your core responsibilities
- Check in and check out all incoming and outgoing trailers and shipments at the gate.
- Record trailer details such as trailer numbers and seal numbers and keep yard status up to date.
- Plan trailer moves in the yard and communicate moves to switchers, dock leads, and transportation planners.
- Perform daily yard checks and reconcile physical trailer positions with yard inventory records.
- Schedule appointments for inbound and outbound loads and arrive or dispatch loads in warehouse and transportation systems.
- Enter data in warehouse systems, complete tickets, and run and audit regular operational reports.
- Monitor aging inventory and unavailable inventory and escalate issues to the right internal channels.
- Work with vendors and carriers to verify ETAs and appointments and help resolve communication or timing issues.
- Support timekeeping tasks such as entering or adjusting time, schedules, and basic attendance reports as directed.
- Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing packets, entering data, and supporting orientation activities.
- Maintain safety logs and reports and participate in site safety committee activities.
- Help with employee engagement and wellness events across shifts when needed.
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, creating purchase orders, ordering supplies, and managing mail.
Skills and qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is helpful but not required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Excel, including working with formulas and data.
- Comfort learning new systems and using ticketing or workflow tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed documents and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data and reports.
- Able to juggle several tasks at once and re prioritize in a fast paced setting.
- Comfort working in both an office and warehouse environment.
- Willingness to adjust hours during peak periods, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
