Sales Development Representative

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 per year + equity + commission
About the Role
This opportunity is for a Sales Development Representative who will connect with prospective clients and set qualified appointments with clear next steps. As an early team member, this role will help build repeatable daily SDR processes, contribute to the team’s sales culture, and support new business growth through consistent outreach and close partnership with the sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a list of contacts across different company profiles and reach out to them in a timely manner.
- Identify ideal prospective clients and target similar companies for outreach.
- Organize outreach efforts by geographic area and contact group.
- Use outreach tools and job boards to identify new leads and contact them by phone and email.
- Set qualified appointments by establishing the right expectations and uncovering client pain points.
- Exceed monthly appointment-setting goals.
- Maintain detailed call and email notes in the CRM so the sales team has clear next steps.
- Work closely with the sales team to support successful new business acquisition.
- Help create and improve repeatable SDR processes that drive consistent results.

- Strong attention to detail and organization when planning weekly and monthly priorities.
- Ability to learn quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Open to new ideas and able to implement and test different approaches.
- Experience working in a fast-paced Series A or Series B startup environment.
