Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00/hour, depending on experience

Position summary

This warehouse role supports daily order fulfillment, truck loading and unloading, customer pickups, inventory support, and general warehouse organization. You will help keep materials moving accurately and safely while maintaining a clean, efficient work environment.

What you’ll do

• Fill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials.
• Pick and stage orders for the next day’s deliveries.
• Assist customers arriving to pick up materials at the branch.
• Support inventory tracking and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols.

What you’ll need

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Physical requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, and climbing.
• Occasional kneeling or working in confined spaces.
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs, and up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature changes.
• Ability to complete computer-based tasks and scheduling work as needed.
• Use of required personal protective equipment.
