Position overview
Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers, build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, and keep the hiring process organized, fair, and candidate-friendly as the team scales.
What you will do
- Run full-cycle recruiting from intake to close, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, align interview plans, and improve funnel performance.
- Generate pipeline through outbound sourcing and outreach, delivering at least 50% self-sourced pipeline on priority roles.
- Build and refine recruiting processes such as kickoffs, debriefs, feedback loops, and reporting.
- Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience, including clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Support structured, fair evaluation practices and inclusive sourcing strategies.
What you will bring
- 4 to 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience in a smaller, high-growth environment where you owned multiple priorities and improved processes.
- Comfort running niche or one-off searches and tailoring your approach role by role.
- Strong sourcing habits, you build pipeline instead of waiting for inbound.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools such as an ATS and scheduling automation is a plus.
