About the Role

This opportunity is for a Director, HR Operations to lead and scale a high-performing HR infrastructure within a fast-growing, acquisition-driven organization. The role is designed for someone who can build systems that support growth with precision, speed, compliance, and consistency.

This is not a maintenance-focused position. The person in this role will own the operational foundation of the People function and help turn HR Operations into a true business advantage.

The Director, HR Operations will be responsible for building and improving the systems, processes, and workflows that support payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and integration activity across multiple entities. This role is focused on creating a scalable HR infrastructure that can support rapid expansion without breaking.

Status: Full Time

Compensation: $72.12 - $108.17 per hour, plus equity
