Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Recruitment Specialist to support healthcare recruiting and scheduling operations. This remote role combines candidate sourcing and screening with shift coordination, staff communication, and timesheet and payroll support. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Recruiting
- Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals such as CNAs, MAs, LPNs, and RNs.
- Complete candidate questionnaires and prepare submissions for internal review.
- Coordinate next steps in the onboarding process and maintain active candidate pipelines.
- Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with candidates.
Scheduling
- Coordinate and schedule healthcare staff to fill open client shifts.
- Communicate daily with active staff to confirm availability, locations, and shift details.
- Fill shifts quickly and accurately based on client requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date scheduling records and communicate any changes promptly.
Timesheets & Payroll Support
- Collect weekly timesheets from active staff.
- Review timesheets for accuracy and follow up on missing or incorrect entries.
- Submit approved timesheets to payroll according to deadlines.
- Assist with basic payroll coordination, hour verification, and reconciliation.
General Operations
- Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and operational logs.
- Provide excellent customer service to healthcare workers and internal teams.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Scheduling and/or payroll experience is required.
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, staffing, or scheduling preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with manual and repetitive scheduling workflows.
- Proficiency with scheduling platforms and online tools.
- Reliable, proactive, and responsive.
