Warehouse Associate

Pay: $15 - $17/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts, overtime required

Role overview

This warehouse position supports receiving, unpacking, storing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory handling, and general warehouse organization for final mile and cross dock operations.

What you’ll do

• Receive, unpack, arrange, and store freight.
• Gather, pack, prepare, and pull freight for dispatch.
• Check freight for damage or wear and report issues to the appropriate team members.
• Mark and label freight accurately.
• Pick and pack freight for dispatch.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments, including sorting, loading, and unloading goods.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents.
• Store products in the correct locations and maintain product condition.
• Accept deliveries for receiving.
• Load and unload pallets.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and end rider pallet jacks.
• Train toward forklift certification.
• Perform quality control checks.
• Manage, inspect, analyze, and store inventory.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including sweeping, removing trash, organizing equipment, and organizing products.
