Warehouse Associate

Role overview

This warehouse position supports material movement, truck loading and unloading, shipment preparation, equipment checks, quality control, and customer support in a warehouse environment.

What you’ll do

• Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks.
• Tag and identify materials using appropriate methods.
• Oversee and maintain warehouse equipment.
• Verify that equipment and materials used in loading and unloading meet company standards.
• Report equipment, material, or warehouse needs to management.
• Review incoming and outgoing products for damage.
• Support quality control during warehouse activity.
• Interact with customers while they view materials in the warehouse.
• Keep inventory areas accessible and safe for employees and customers.
• Complete other warehouse duties as operational needs require.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Natural stone slab handling experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to support customer service in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to work safely around warehouse materials, equipment, and customer traffic.
