Lead Product Analyst
Remote (United States)
About the Role
A Lead Product Analyst is needed to become the organization’s first dedicated analytics hire and build the analytics function from the ground up. This role will define standards, tools, KPIs, reporting processes, and the experimentation framework.
Approximately 60% of the role will focus on partnering with Acquisition and Activation Growth squads to design experiments, prioritize hypotheses, and determine which initiatives deliver meaningful results. The remaining 40% will focus on building a semantic layer in Omni and developing source-of-truth dashboards that enable Product Managers, designers, and Sales teams to access reliable insights independently.
This position will work closely with Product, Engineering, and the Data Platform team to ensure that experiments are rigorous, data pipelines are accurate, and analytical insights contribute to measurable improvements in annual recurring revenue and operational efficiency. The role reports to the VP of Finance.
