About the Role
This opportunity is for a Data Analyst focused on reporting partnerships, client measurement, and data-driven performance reporting. The role supports a commercial data and analytics function by creating accurate physician-level reports, maintaining reporting scripts, improving data quality, and helping teams deliver consistent, reliable reporting for client analysis.
Pay (Annual): $77,000 - $134,000 total compensation

What You’ll Do
- Generate and maintain Python-based client reporting used to support client measurement and analysis
- Deliver new Python scripts for reporting needs, including adapting existing client templates and building custom reporting scripts end-to-end
- Conduct daily QA to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and data quality
- Serve as a point of contact for teammate questions related to SQL and Python
- Help improve code quality, reporting consistency, and shared technical standards across the team
- Create and maintain aggregate reports using Python and SQL as needed
- Support reporting workflows that require precision, accountability, and strong attention to detail
- Identify opportunities to automate operational reporting processes and improve reporting speed and accuracy
- Use modern tools, including AI-assisted coding where appropriate, to support more efficient reporting workflows
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in business analytics, performance reporting, or a related analytical role
- Excellent SQL skills with the ability to create and evaluate complex queries involving multiple tables and data relationships
- Fluency in Python, including hands-on experience building, maintaining, and debugging scripts for data processing or reporting
- Experience in client-facing situations, especially translating technical solutions for non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stay ahead of competing reporting priorities
- Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently on scripting updates
- Sound judgment to escalate questions or issues when needed
- Continuous-improvement mindset with a focus on automation, code quality, faster reporting, and more accurate client deliverables
