About the Role
This opportunity is for a WorkForce Software Project Manager responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and delivery of workforce management solutions. The role focuses on managing full project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery for client-facing initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, domain expertise in workforce management systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel required for client site visits
Compensation:
$120,000 – $140,000 per year (base salary, based on experience, education, and location)
What You’ll Do
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for WorkForce Software implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Scope & Planning: Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Project Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and client stakeholders
- Risk & Issue Management: Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes
- Delivery Quality: Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Training & Enablement: Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience
- At least 2 years of experience working with WorkForce Software or similar workforce management platforms
- Strong understanding of time and attendance, scheduling, and labor compliance solutions
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits
