Executive Assistant to the Head of GTM
Remote (United States)
About the Role
This role is for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Head of GTM who will act as a force multiplier across sales, marketing, hiring, operations, partnerships, and strategic execution.
This is not a traditional assistant role. It is a high-agency operator role for someone who wants close exposure to company building, go-to-market strategy, and fast execution inside a scaling startup environment.
The Executive Assistant will help reduce operational drag, manage priorities, tighten communication loops, and ensure the Head of GTM can stay focused on the highest-leverage work. This role is remote and requires excellent written communication, discretion, self-direction, and strong follow-through.
Compensation
$60,000 per year
Compensation also includes bonus and equity eligibility.
