About the Role
This opportunity is for a Senior UX Designer focused on leading end-to-end design across multiple enterprise software products. The role centers on designing complex, workflow-heavy experiences used daily by professionals in high-stakes environments, where accuracy, compliance, and usability are critical.
You will take ownership of major product areas, guiding design from early problem framing through high-fidelity execution and release, while working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $60.10 – $69.71 per hour + bonus + benefits
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end design for features and workflows across multiple products, from initial problem definition through high-fidelity design and release QA.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to scope work, refine requirements, and resolve ambiguity.
- Conduct user research with professional users, including interviews, usability testing, and concept validation.
- Design for complex, data-dense environments with strict requirements such as compliance, audit trails, permissions, and multi-step workflows.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and performant.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to understand user pain points and implementation challenges.
- Represent design work in customer-facing sessions, including reviews, research discussions, and occasional product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with other designers to improve design processes, including critiques, research practices, and design reviews.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-driven software.
- Portfolio demonstrating complex, multi-step workflows with strong interaction design and information architecture.
- Ability to clearly articulate problem framing, design decisions, alternatives considered, and outcome evaluation.
- Experience designing for regulated or complex domains such as legal, healthcare, financial services, or similar industries is a strong plus.
- Experience working within or alongside large enterprise platforms, including extending and contributing to design systems.
- Ability to independently plan and conduct user research.
- Proficiency in Figma and a working understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility principles to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Ability to manage multiple products while maintaining a cohesive end-to-end user experience.
- Comfort working in evolving product areas where design patterns are still being established, including emerging technologies such as AI features.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to executives, engineers, and customers.
- Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback and support team collaboration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in an Agile environment.
