Role overview

You’ll clean and service assigned apartments across the New York metropolitan area, helping each unit meet high cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards.

What you’ll do

• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and other assigned apartment areas.
• Operate vacuums, steam machines, and ozone machines for heavy stains on furniture and upholstery.
• Empty trash receptacles and follow proper waste disposal procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards.
• Work with technicians when repairs are needed.
• Document and report missing items or lost and found items.
• Follow health and safety regulations while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Maintain unit security at all times.
• Take required photos and submit digital cleaning forms accurately.

What you’ll need

• Prior professional cleaning or housekeeping experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple job sites.
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly under a 1099 contractor model.
• English communication skills encouraged.

• Ability to walk up stairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
