Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Pay: $18 - $20/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturdays

Role overview

You’ll deliver finished goods and raw materials to customers, manufacturing plants, retail locations, and distribution centers while following delivery schedules, safety procedures, and DOT requirements.

What you’ll do

• Transport finished goods and raw materials between manufacturing plants, retail locations, distribution centers, and customer sites.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report maintenance-related issues to the logistics department.
• Meet delivery schedules and report route delays to dispatch.
• Unload products for customers at the final delivery point.
• Document and log work and rest periods using the ELD system.
• Submit fuel and toll receipts as required.
• Follow truck driving rules, route requirements, parking rules, break periods, and company policies.
• Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions.
• Collect customer payments when required.
• Validate deliveries and verify customer instructions.
• Report incidents or DOT violations.

What you’ll need

• At least 6 months of non-CDL driving experience.
• DOT medical card or physical required.
• Ability to travel out of town weekly.
• Ability to lift up to 110 pounds.
• Willingness to get composite or steel-toe shoes.
• No serious tickets or accidents in the last 3 years.
• No DWI or DUI in the last 10 years.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred.
• Authorization to work through E-Verify requirements.
