About the Role
The Integrated Campaign Specialist will support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
This role works closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to market across email, webinars, paid digital, social media, industry partnerships, publications, sponsorships, press support, and other campaign channels.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, data-driven marketer who can execute campaigns from planning through reporting, with strong interest and hands-on experience in email marketing, webinar programs, campaign operations, and demand generation.
What You’ll Do

Campaign Planning & Coordination
- Support the development of integrated campaign plans aligned with business goals, product launches, and target audiences.
- Assist with campaign briefs, timelines, and channel plans across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Coordinate timelines, campaign assets, and stakeholders to help ensure campaigns launch on schedule.

Campaign Execution & Channel Management
- Support campaign execution across email, webinars, paid digital, social media, publications, sponsorships, press support, and related marketing channels.
- Help ensure campaign messaging, creative assets, and channel execution stay consistent across platforms.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to support smooth campaign delivery from launch through follow-up.

Email Marketing
- Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional sends, and nurture programs.
- Support the development of automated workflows and drip campaigns within the marketing automation platform.
- Monitor email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and other engagement metrics.
- Use performance data to recommend and implement email campaign improvements.

Webinars & Virtual Events
- Coordinate end-to-end webinar execution, including scheduling, promotion, registration setup, and post-event follow-up.
- Partner with internal teams on webinar content, speakers, presentation materials, and event logistics.
- Manage webinar promotion across email, social media, paid channels, and related campaign touchpoints.
- Support lead follow-up processes for webinar-generated prospects and campaign contacts.

Paid Digital Support
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to support paid media campaign execution.
- Help align paid media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns, launches, and demand generation goals.
- Support coordination of assets, messaging, timelines, and campaign inputs needed for paid digital execution.

Social Media
- Support distribution of campaign content across organic and paid social media channels.
- Coordinate campaign messaging across social platforms to maintain consistency with broader marketing initiatives.
- Assist with social promotion for webinars, content campaigns, product-related campaigns, and other marketing programs.

Publications & Sponsorships
- Assist in managing relationships with industry publications and media partners.
- Coordinate creative assets, listings, sponsored content, and required submissions to meet partner deadlines.
- Support campaign visibility through relevant industry channels, media opportunities, and sponsorship placements.

Press & Earned Media Support
- Assist with press release coordination and distribution logistics.
- Support amplification of earned media coverage across marketing channels.
- Help ensure earned media opportunities are connected to broader campaign plans when relevant.

Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and report on campaign performance across email, webinars, paid media, social media, and other campaign channels.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including engagement, lead volume, marketing-qualified leads, and conversion rates.
- Use GA4, CRM and marketing automation platforms, and channel analytics tools to evaluate campaign results.
- Identify optimization opportunities and support the implementation of improvements across active and future campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Revenue Operations to support campaign execution.
- Help ensure timely lead handoff and follow-up processes for webinar and campaign-generated leads.
- Maintain clear communication around campaign timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and performance updates.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, campaign execution, or a closely related field.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar systems.
- Experience supporting or managing webinars and virtual events.
- Familiarity with paid media campaign execution and social media campaign support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, assets, stakeholders, and multiple campaign details at once.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to keep campaign work moving across teams and channels.
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data and campaign metrics.
- Ability to use campaign insights to support optimization, reporting, and continuous improvement.
