Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $18 - $22/hour

Role overview

You’ll support warehouse operations by moving materials and products efficiently, picking orders, preparing pallets, loading trailers, assisting with inventory counts, and maintaining a clean warehouse.

What you’ll do

• Scan all items for pick tickets.
• Wrap, band, and palletize pallets correctly for safe transport.
• Input data into the computer system.
• Load trailers to maximize space and ensure products travel safely.
• Stay current on UPS and FedEx shipping rates and restrictions.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts.
• Perform warehouse housekeeping tasks.
• Support efficient material and product flow throughout the warehouse.

What you’ll need

• Forklift certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of forklift experience.
• Experience using UPS WorldShip software.
• Experience shipping through LTL carriers.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to input and work with warehouse data in computer systems.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift 55 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to perform active warehouse work throughout the shift.
