Warehouse Associate

Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Role overview

You’ll support inbound warehouse operations by pulling items, building customer orders, moving inventory, assembling packages, assisting with inventory counts, and loading or unloading merchandise.

What you’ll do

• Use an RF scanner to identify and pull items for customer orders.
• Build and assemble customer packages.
• Move boxes and inventory throughout the fulfillment center.
• Operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack to move inventory.
• Occasionally use a platform ladder to pull customer items.
• Assist with inventory management, including counting and inspecting items.
• Load and unload merchandise and non-inventory items from delivery vehicles, trucks, and vans.
• Complete assigned warehouse tasks as needed.

What you’ll need

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Warehouse, picker-packer, ramp agent, baggage handler, or food service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment.
• Ability to support customer order fulfillment accurately and efficiently.

Physical requirements

• Ability to frequently move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Ability to occasionally climb a platform ladder.
• Ability to perform active warehouse work throughout the shift.
