Warehouse Worker

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $20 - $24/hour

Role overview

You’ll support warehouse, shop, and yard operations by maintaining inventory, loading trucks, building and repairing electrical field equipment, and keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized.

What you’ll do

• Assist mechanics as needed.
• Build and repair electrical equipment, including wire meters, distribution panels, tac-ons, and distribution cages.
• Clean and maintain the shop and yard daily.
• Paint and cut poles.
• Stack poles using a forklift.
• Load trucks and support warehouse stocking needs.
• Maintain inventory as needed.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and use required safety equipment.
• Follow company safety and quality standards when setting or picking up equipment.

What you’ll need

• Electrical experience or interest in the electrical field preferred.
• Mechanical ability to build and repair electrical equipment.
• Ability to safely use power tools and hand tools.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong team player mindset.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools, warehouse materials, and field equipment.
