About the Role
This temporary Client Care Representative role is focused on providing professional customer support during a 5-month contract assignment. The position involves communicating directly with clients, resolving inquiries and concerns, processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and supporting customer communications in a fast-paced remote environment.
What You’ll Do
- Resolve customer issues and concerns through phone, web, and email correspondence.
- Process applications, application audits, and related work in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide guidance on certification pathways and eligibility requirements.
- Maintain an accurate customer database.
- Work with internal departments to develop and support customer communications.
- Stay informed about company policies and program updates.
- Improve and document processes and procedures as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and strong phone etiquette at all times.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer care or customer support role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, efficiently, and professionally with people at all levels of the organization and with external contacts.
- Ability to write clear, concise, logical, and grammatically correct letters and reports.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful conditions.
- Ability to work independently and solve basic problems.
