Schedule: 4-month contract, full-time, 40 hours per week
Overview
Seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Fractional Brand Marketing Director to lead a high-impact four-month sprint — scaling brands during a pivotal stage of growth. This contract role is designed for a leader who understands culture, storytelling, and market momentum, and can execute with creativity, urgency, and founder-level ownership.
Offering flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. with optional access to office space in Irvine, CA.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and launch breakthrough brand campaigns across OOH, social, media, creator, and partnerships
- Architect integrated campaigns that expand reach and shift public perception around investing
- Lead brand media strategy, execution, and cohesive storytelling across every touchpoint
- Scale cultural relevance — build partnerships, activations, and content that generate momentum
- Drive awareness and trust with bold, emotionally charged content
- Align creative, brand, growth, and data into a unified GTM engine
- Inspire and guide a high-performing team with clarity, urgency, and strategic direction
What you bring
- 10+ years of experience leading brand or integrated marketing at high-growth consumer companies
- Proven success delivering major brand initiatives and measurable business impact
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and GTM launches under tight timelines
- Strong instinct for culture, customer psychology, and storytelling — backed by data-driven decisions
- Fintech experience a plus
- Founder-style mindset: urgency, ownership, execution, and creativity
- Drive to build game-changing products and challenge industry norms
