About the Role
This opportunity is for an entry-level Client Success Specialist who will support client communications, administrative processes, product delivery, and overall client satisfaction. The role requires clear and concise written communication, strong analytical ability, close attention to detail, and the ability to move efficiently between multiple priorities.
The Client Success Specialist will help ensure that client deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with established handling protocols, policies, and procedures. This position also supports medical provider communication, workload coordination, quality control, and cross-departmental assistance as business needs arise.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver products and case materials to clients in accordance with each client’s individual handling protocols.
- Ensure timely product delivery while meeting both internal and external turnaround requirements.
- Maintain schedule flexibility, including working beyond regular hours when necessary to complete time-sensitive client deliverables.
- Perform quality-control reviews on assigned cases to confirm compliance with policies, procedures, and client-specific handling protocols.
- Assist with communication and outreach to medical providers as needed.
- Provide backup coverage and general assistance to the Client Success department based on workload and team capacity.
- Communicate regularly with management regarding workload status, priorities, and available capacity.
- Provide additional support to other departments when needed.
- Follow all applicable safety, confidentiality, organizational, and internal procedural requirements.
- Maintain accurate, professional, and timely communication while supporting client relationships and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- An associate degree is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
- One to three years of Medicare Secondary Payer compliance experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer regulations and terminology is preferred.
- Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation, No-Fault, and Liability insurance claims is preferred.
- One to three years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role is preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work remotely in a productive, efficient, and professional manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat/PDF, and other standard business applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate information clearly, listen actively, and request clarification when necessary.
- Strong command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and professional business writing.
- Ability to follow instructions, exercise sound judgment, and respond appropriately to management direction.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and manage competing deadlines.
- Ability to maintain focus, accuracy, and productivity while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
