About the Role
We’re hiring a Data Analyst to support cross-functional teams by turning complex data into clear insights that improve decision-making. You’ll partner with stakeholders across growth, marketing, business development, finance, and operations to build analytics solutions that drive measurable outcomes. You’ll own analytics projects end-to-end—from discovery through delivery—and help raise the standard for how data is used across the business.
What You’ll Do

• Develop and own business intelligence dashboards to provide ongoing tracking and actionable insights.
• Build and improve advanced analytical models (e.g., fit algorithms, forecasting, inventory planning).
• Collaborate with data engineering to strengthen data architecture and maintain an accurate, reliable data warehouse.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting needs using scheduled reports, emails, and dashboards.
• Provide ad hoc reporting support and guidance to business users, helping teams take action from data.

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts/visualizations; Power BI is a plus).
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders with different levels of data fluency.
• Comfort working in an Agile, tech-driven environment alongside Product Owners and Engineering teams.
• A proactive, ownership mindset—able to work independently with context and iterate quickly to deliver results.
Nice to Have
• Hands-on experience with modern BI platforms (e.g., Looker or similar).
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization on large datasets (T-SQL a plus).
• Experience with ETL processes, data validation, and data quality checks.
• Experience designing or extending reporting tables/fields in a reporting database.
• Understanding of data warehouse strategies and implementations.
• Exposure to U.S. healthcare or managed care analytics (compliance, risk assessments, quality programs).
