Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $18+/hour, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills

Warehouse support role

You’ll support daily warehouse operations by organizing materials, maintaining inventory and tool accountability, preparing equipment for field crews, assisting with deliveries, and helping keep the warehouse and surrounding facility clean and safe.

What you’ll do

• Assist with organizing and maintaining the warehouse.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly stored and maintained.
• Help keep tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Load materials, tools, and equipment onto company vehicles for delivery.
• Verify that outgoing orders are accurate and complete.
• Assist with maintaining first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the warehouse, building, and surrounding grounds.
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with warehouse projects, special assignments, and other duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Preferred experience

• Knowledge of plumbing tools, equipment, and materials.
