Warehouse Associate

Pay: $17-$20 per hour

Role snapshot

This full-time Warehouse Associate role supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, stocking, and shipping tires accurately and safely. You will load and unload trucks, pick and stage orders, and use scanners and warehouse equipment to keep inventory moving.

Schedule

• Receiving and inventory: Typically Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM (or until work is complete), five 8-hour shifts, weekends off
• Shipping and order fulfillment: Typically Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM (or until work is complete), four 10-hour shifts with three days off

What you’ll do

• Pick, verify, load, and ship orders to match customer and order requirements.
• Unload, sort, and stock tires into racks or bins using inventory procedures.
• Use RF scanners and basic computer tools (tablet or computer) for order and inventory tasks.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as stock pickers and high-reach trucks, when assigned.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and audit support.
• Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Help with other warehouse tasks as needed.

What you’ll need

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to the team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and climbing as required.
• Willingness to cross-train in receiving, inventory, and shipping tasks.
