About the Role
This opportunity is for a highly execution-oriented Revenue Operations Manager who will own and operate the core systems, processes, and data that support the revenue organization. This is not a purely strategic RevOps role. The position is focused on making sure revenue systems actually run, data stays accurate, processes are followed, and commercial teams have the visibility needed to operate effectively.
The role sits at the center of the commercial organization and supports alignment across sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and leadership through clean systems, reliable reporting, structured workflows, and consistent execution.
Employment Type: Full Time
Annual Compensation: $185,000 – $250,000 per year
What You’ll Do
- Own and operate the commercial system of record, including HubSpot pipelines, workflows, automation, and data structure.
- Enforce pipeline discipline by ensuring accurate deal stages, forecasting inputs, and data integrity across opportunities.
- Run the operating rhythm for the revenue organization, including pipeline reviews, forecasting cycles, and reporting cadences.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion, and revenue performance.
- Ensure clean data flow and alignment across sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and leadership.
- Own and optimize the go-to-market technology stack, ensuring tools are properly configured, integrated, and adopted.
- Implement, reinforce, and improve scalable processes across the commercial organization.
- Identify execution gaps and drive practical process improvements in a fast-moving environment.
- Partner with leadership to evolve revenue systems and processes as the organization grows.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve workflows, reporting, data updates, and operational efficiency.
- Support centralized data systems and repositories to maintain reporting accuracy and scalability.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience administering CRM systems; HubSpot experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales environments.
- Experience in SaaS, industrial technology, or a similar industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to maintain data integrity and enforce process discipline across teams.
- Experience owning pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Experience building or improving RevOps processes in early-stage or scaling companies.
- Familiarity with go-to-market tools, including CRM systems, enrichment tools, and sequencing platforms.
- Ability to configure CRM workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Comfort using AI tools to support workflows, reporting, and data updates.
- Exposure to GitHub or similar systems, with the ability to navigate data artifacts.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Experience
- Demonstrated success improving pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
- Experience enforcing operational discipline across commercial teams.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments and building structure where it does not yet exist.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to identify and resolve breakdowns across tools and processes.
- Experience using AI tools to automate workflows or improve reporting.
- Experience working in high-growth or early-stage environments.
