Technical Project Manager, Agentic AI Delivery

About the Role
This opportunity is for a Project Manager responsible for leading the implementation of advanced applications in a customer-facing environment. The role involves coordinating end-to-end delivery, working closely with customers, and supporting integration with client systems as part of a full production solution. This position requires a blend of project management expertise, technical understanding, and hands-on contribution within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Work Eligibility & Location
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Georgia, or Texas. The role may also be performed on-site in New York City if preferred.
Compensation:
$110,000 - $130,000 per year (base salary, based on experience)
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate project activities from initial customer kickoff through production go-live and post-launch support
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams
- Participate in discovery processes to capture technical requirements and business objectives
- Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies
- Drive alignment with customers on project plans, scope, and timelines
- Participate in project-specific development efforts, either independently or as part of a team
- Assist in validating complete solutions across development, staging, and production environments
- Monitor deployments and optimize performance based on evolving business needs
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each implementation
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on project management experience, preferably within financial services
- Experience implementing customer service automation solutions, including AI-based systems
- Working knowledge of regulatory, security, and governance requirements in financial environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership
- General knowledge of Java or Python sufficient to build, enhance, or debug tools
- Ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments
- Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AWS and Azure environments
- Ability to build production-ready scripts or code for data manipulation and API integrations
- Experience with banking platforms such as Candescent, Q2, FIS, or Jack Henry
- Familiarity with voice systems and modern telephony solutions
- Understanding of contact center architecture and operations
- Fluency in conversational Spanish, ideally at a native level
