About the Role
This remote opportunity is for a results-driven People Operations Manager to support a growing People Operations function and help deliver a strong employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
The role will partner closely with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams to support people programs, HR processes, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, culture, employee support, and HR systems accuracy. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building practical HR processes, supporting employees directly, and helping create a workplace where people feel engaged, empowered, and able to do meaningful work.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to build, improve, and maintain processes related to talent acquisition, the employee lifecycle, learning and professional development programs, talent management, onboarding, and HR data accuracy.
- Oversee day-to-day People Operations activities to help ensure smooth execution of policies, procedures, compliance needs, and culture-building initiatives.
- Support daily administration of People programs, including employee lifecycle support from onboarding through offboarding.
- Serve as an internal resource for team members and help address employee needs, using outside resources when appropriate.
- Act as a point of contact for employees who have questions, concerns, feedback, or need first-line People Operations support.
- Help identify and implement efficient benefits administration processes and HR workflows that support a positive employee experience.
- Maintain HR management systems to support accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency.
- Help sustain a cohesive, inclusive, and engaging company culture in a remote work environment.
- Lead new hire orientation and support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Partner with the broader People team and cross-functional stakeholders to support employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a People Operations and/or Human Resources role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, compliance, and performance management.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Proven ability to help create a workplace culture where employees can grow, develop, and do meaningful work.
- Strong situational adaptability in both written and verbal communication.
- Experience working with HRIS, benefits administration, and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience with Rippling is a plus.
- Strong partnership skills within a People Operations or HR function.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Passion for supporting employees and improving the employee experience.
