Hourly Salary: $48.08 - $52.88 per hour
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. The posted range represents a good-faith estimate of the compensation expected for this position.
About the Role
The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-impact technical and business-critical positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire strong talent while providing guidance on recruiting strategy, talent market conditions, and candidate selection.
The position requires a consultative approach, strong relationship-building skills, proactive sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Technical Recruiter will also help strengthen the employer brand, maintain accurate recruiting records, and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
What You’ll Do
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and business-critical roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Conduct candidate screenings to evaluate technical skills, professional experience, qualifications, and overall role fit.
- Guide candidates through each stage of the interview and hiring process.
Hiring Strategy and Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define position requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Create structured interview plans and calibrate candidate profiles with key stakeholders.
- Provide talent market insights that support informed hiring decisions.
- Advise stakeholders on talent availability, emerging skill sets, candidate behavior, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices.
Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Development
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across recruiting tools, professional networks, job boards, social media, industry events, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified technical and business talent.
- Create compelling candidate outreach messages designed to engage passive and active candidates.
- Develop relationships through networking, strategic partnerships, college recruiting, career fairs, and other recruiting initiatives.
Candidate Experience and Employer Brand
- Deliver a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop a strong understanding of the organization’s business, culture, and career opportunities to accurately represent the employer to prospective candidates.
- Support employer-brand awareness through candidate interactions, industry events, recruiting initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
Recruiting Systems, Data, and Compliance
- Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition information in the applicant tracking system.
- Maintain required affirmative action data and ensure records are updated in accordance with reporting requirements.
- Use recruiting metrics and data to evaluate performance and improve hiring outcomes.
- Follow established quality, information security, confidentiality, and certified process requirements.
- Protect sensitive candidate, employee, and proprietary information in accordance with organizational policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the technology industry.
- Experience recruiting for SAP or enterprise technology positions.
- Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, assessing, and hiring technical talent through multiple recruiting channels.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies and manage the recruitment process.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate assessment techniques, and offer negotiation.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, and related tools.

- Experience recruiting for federal government contractors.
- Familiarity with labor market trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent market analysis.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other sourcing platforms to identify passive candidates.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
- Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and using data to improve hiring outcomes.
