Warehouse Associate

Role overview

You’ll support warehouse operations by receiving inbound shipments, assembling treatment kits, packing provider orders, maintaining inventory records, and keeping the warehouse organized and ready for daily operations.

What you’ll do

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips.
• Assemble products and kits according to standard specifications.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tools.
• Keep the warehouse organized, stocked, and ready for the next shift.
• Help with other warehouse tasks as assigned.

What you’ll need

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfort using web-based tools and digital inventory systems.
• Ability to follow written standard operating procedures.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Skokie, IL facility.
• Prior warehouse, fulfillment, pharmacy, or medical supply experience is helpful, but not required.
• Familiarity with inventory management or Kanban systems is helpful.
• Experience handling medications, medical devices, or regulated supplies is helpful.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to perform hands-on warehouse work throughout the shift.
