Warehouse Staff (Forklift)

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00/hour + $1.50/hour shift differential

Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

About the position

You’ll support warehouse operations by operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, pick, store, consolidate, replenish, and prepare products for shipment.

Core duties

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload products.
• Pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Perform manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare products for shipment accurately and safely.
• Conduct outbound load audits.
• Identify and correct label and count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the appropriate warehouse bays.
• Complete additional duties within assigned training and responsibilities.

Experience and qualifications

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Battery and propane safety training or certification preferred.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive and dependable approach to daily warehouse work.
• Must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship or work authorization support.

Physical requirements

• Ability to safely and consistently lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to perform active warehouse and material handling work throughout the shift.
