About the Role
This opportunity is for a data-driven Paid Media Manager responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple paid channels. The role focuses on driving measurable growth through strategic budget allocation, performance optimization, and continuous testing.
The position involves managing campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and marketplace platforms, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and conversion optimization.
This is a fully remote role available to candidates based in the United States.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all paid digital marketing activities including paid search (SEM), paid social, display, programmatic, video, and marketplace platforms
- Develop and execute strategic paid media plans focused on customer acquisition and growth
- Manage and allocate budgets across channels, campaigns, and initiatives to meet performance goals
- Monitor and report on campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and outcomes
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversions
- Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates (CRO)
- Evaluate and recommend new advertising platforms, tools, and technologies
- Build business cases and projections for new paid media initiatives
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across marketplace listings and directories
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Support ongoing campaign improvements through testing, insights, and innovation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with budgets of $20,000+ per month
- Strong expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics and performance tracking
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with campaign optimization, reporting, and data analysis
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace
- Self-motivated with strong critical thinking skills
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, or programmatic certifications are preferred
- Experience with WordPress is a plus
- Experience working in multi-location or regulated environments is a plus
